Gifts or Pledges

The HIM profession is a source of pride and accomplishment–beyond career and livelihood: supporting the AHIMA Foundation ensures the advancement of the HIM profession and its commitment to better health information. To ensure that the resources are available for the future of the profession, a Gift or Pledge to the AHIMA Foundation will increase annual funding for scholarships, faculty development, research and other critical programs in health information management.

Gifts can be made through monthly, quarterly, or one time payments. Donors are recognized on the Foundation's website and in our annual report; donor contributing $25 or higher will receive a Shooting Star donor pin.

Donations to the Foundation support a range of programs, including: Triumph Awards, the AHIMA Foundation Library, Small Research Grants, Faculty Development Program, Dissertation Research Awards, Merit Scholarships and other important Foundation initiatives.
