Peter Enko is a partner with Husch Blackwell Sanders in Kansas City and a member of the firm's healthcare and privacy and data security practice groups. He works extensively with hospitals and health systems on transactional, operational and regulatory matters and has particular expertise assisting clients with health information management, privacy, patient care, medical staff, research compliance and behavioral healthcare issues. Prior to joining the firm, Pete served as an Assistant General Counsel for the Missouri Department of Mental Health, and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Law at the UMKC School of Medicine. Pete received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and his graduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia.
